Fulton County Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Substantial Amendment

Fulton County has been given $10,333,410 under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) and $2,300,000.00 from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs to address foreclosed and abandoned properties within the County’s jurisdiction, excluding the Cities of Atlanta, Sandy Springs, and Johns Creek.  The total of the NSP allocation amount is $12,633,410.00.
